Job summary

Entermind AI is seeking a fast-moving AI Video Content Creator & Editor to produce high-volume, platform-native content across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and Xiaohongshu. This 3-month contract also welcomes internship applicants and emphasizes AI-powered production workflows.

You will blend generative AI with storytelling, monitor trends daily, and ensure content stays true to brand guidelines while driving engagement across multilingual audiences in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in video editing, social content production, or digital agency environments.
• Portfolio showing high-volume content creation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Proficient in generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms.
• Advanced skills in editing tools including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut Pro.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

We're looking for a fast-moving, culturally plugged-in AI Video Content Creator & Editorto produce high-volume, high-impact social content at the speed of internet culture.This job is available for a 3-months contract basis. We are also open for internship applications!

This role sits at the intersection ofgenerative AI, video storytelling, social trends, and platform-native content creation. You will blend AI-powered production workflows with sharp editing instincts to rapidly conceptualize, create, and optimize content that feels native to today’s digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn briefs into compelling visual concepts quickly and effectively
• Monitor social platforms daily to identify emerging trends, viral sounds, memes, and cultural moments
• Develop platform-native scripts and content ideas inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Adapt trends into brand-relevant storytelling at high speed without losing authenticity

2. AI-Powered Video Production & Editing

• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and post-production workflows
• Edit raw footage and AI-generated assets into polished, engaging, platform-ready videos
• Refine pacing, transitions, hooks, subtitles, motion, and sound design for maximum engagement
• Continuously explore and test new AI production capabilities and workflows

3. High-Volume Content Velocity

• Maintain a rapid production cadence with multiple high-quality video outputs weekly
• Deliver content efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining strong creative standards
• Balance speed, creativity, and execution quality across fast-moving campaign needs

4. Brand Guardianship & Content Governance

• Ensure all content adheres strictly to corporate identity (CI) guidelines, brand tone, and visual frameworks
• Maintain consistency across messaging, design language, and storytelling styles
• Ensure fast-turnaround content remains aligned to overall brand positioning

5. Platform-Native Optimization

• Optimize hooks, pacing, formatting, captions, and storytelling styles for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Xiaohongshu
• Use basic performance insights and engagement metrics to refine creative direction
• Collaborate with strategy and media teams to continuously improve content effectiveness

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in video editing, social content production, or digital agency environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-volume content creation and AI-assisted workflows
• Proficient in generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar platforms
• Advanced skills in editing tools including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut Pro
• Deep understanding of social media culture, trends, and platform behaviors
• Fluent spoken and written communication inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
• Strong visual taste, storytelling instincts, and attention to pacing and engagement
