Job summary

MY E.G. Services Berhad (MYEG) seeks a Training Specialist to deliver engaging programs on AI, Avatar solutions, and related digital technologies to internal and external participants.

You will conduct instructor-led sessions, explain AI concepts, and provide hands-on support, ensuring materials meet company standards and objectives. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years’ experience in training or related roles are required, along with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, facilitation, technical support, customer education, or related role.
• Basic knowledge and interest in AI, Generative AI, and digital technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable conducting training sessions and speaking in front of groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs on AI, Avatar solutions, and related digital technologies to internal and external participants.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, including presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
• Explain AI concepts, product features, and digital workflows to participants with varying technical knowledge.
• Provide guidance and technical support to participants during training and exercises.
• Foster an interactive learning environment through discussions and demonstrations.
• Ensure training sessions and materials align with company standards and objectives.
• Assist in developing and improving training materials and learning content.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer programs and internal knowledge-sharing activities.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and product developments.
