Job summary

MY E.G. Services Berhad (MYEG) is seeking an energetic trainer in Malaysia to deliver engaging AI, avatar, and digital technology training to internal and external participants. The role involves presentations, demonstrations, and practical activities to simplify complex concepts.

You will guide learners with clear explanations, support during hands-on exercises, and contribute to improving training materials while staying current with emerging AI tools and product developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Education or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in training, facilitation, technical support, customer education, or related role.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs on AI, Avatar solutions, and related digital technologies to internal and external participants.
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions, including presentations, demonstrations, and hands‑on practical activities.
• Simplify and explain AI concepts, product features, and digital workflows to participants with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Provide guidance and technical support to participants during training and practical exercises.
• Foster an interactive learning environment through discussions, demonstrations, and participant engagement.
• Ensure all training sessions and materials are delivered in accordance with company standards and objectives.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and continuously improving training materials, guides, and learning content.
• Participate in Train‑the‑Trainer programs, mock training sessions, and internal knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, digital tools, and product developments.
