Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI Solutions Technologist to bridge the gap between our AI technology and customers’ business needs. You will demonstrate solutions, understand workflows, and translate challenges into practical AI configurations.

You will collaborate with SMEs and enterprise clients, conduct demonstrations, support onboarding, and relay feedback to product teams, helping shape our AI capabilities while ensuring privacy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical pre-sales or similar roles.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation tools.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for prospective SME and enterprise customers.
• Understand customer workflow challenges and translate them into workflow automation configurations.
• Support customer onboarding, including seat setup and model access configuration, and explain privacy features to compliance-sensitive customers.

We are looking for an AI Solutions Technologist to bridge the gap between our AI technology and our customers’ business needs. You will work closely with prospective and existing SME and enterprise customers, demonstrating our solutions, understanding their workflows, and translating business challenges into practical AI and workflow automation configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs for prospective SME and enterprise customers.

Understand customer workflow challenges and translate them into suitable workflow automation configurations.

Support customer onboarding, including seat setup, model access configuration, and explaining privacy and PII protection features to compliance-sensitive customers.

Gather and communicate customer feedback and product gaps to the Product and Technology teams.

Contribute to the development of internal AI capabilities and knowledge.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, SaaS, or another customer-facing technical role.

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field is preferred; candidates with equivalent practical experience are welcome.

Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation tools.

Good understanding of LLM and AI product concepts.

Comfortable working with CRM, product demonstration, and related customer-facing tools.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in client-facing situations.

Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, AI, or software companies is preferred, although candidates from other industries with strong technical pre-sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
