Job summary

DK Bank is building an AI-assisted pipeline to generate UAT test cases from requirements and user stories, with automated regression that re-runs validated scenarios on new builds. The role collaborates with PMO to iterate based on real feedback and to ensure trust and traceability of AI outputs.

You will address data-handling and compliance early, coordinating with security to obtain approvals before exposing any data to LLM-based tooling. This is a build-focused role in a fintech context.

Qualifications

• Strong software background; build role rather than configuration.
• Experience integrating with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in production or near-production contexts.
• Comfortable designing for non-determinism with structured output validation, retries, and human-review gates.

Responsibilities

• Draft UAT test cases from requirements/User stories using an AI-assisted pipeline.
• Implement regression execution to re-run validated scenarios on new builds.
• Design outputs so PMs can quickly validate what the AI did and why, with clear sign-off or flags.
• Collaborate with Product/PMO to align tooling with PM needs and feedback.
• Flag data-handling and compliance considerations early and obtain security approvals.
