Century Software (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an AI Team Lead to drive AI development, intelligent automation, and digital transformation across the organisation.

You will lead a team of AI engineers, architect scalable AI solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders including government clients. The role requires hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Claude AI, AWS cloud services, and AI engineering frameworks, with strong leadership and strategic planning abilities to align AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI application development.
• Proficiency in AI engineering frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex for developing internal workflow tools and product enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of Vector Databases, Knowledge Bases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Claude AI / Anthropic models and AWS cloud services.
• Expertise in semantic search, contextual AI models, and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Ability to ensure AI solutions meet security and governance requirements, stringent production environment controls, and performance standards.
• Experience in AI system architecture, API integrations, deployment, and performance optimisation.
• Leadership & Project Management to lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers.
• Strong communication to bridge gaps between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex internal business and government client requirements into high-impact AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AI Engineers and ensure project delivery excellence.
• Develop and execute AI roadmaps, implementation strategies, and resource plans.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Claude AI, AWS, LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Build internal AI workflow automation tools and enhance products with AI capabilities.
• Develop RAG solutions with Vector Databases and Knowledge Bases for enterprise apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and government clients to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Oversee AI project delivery, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations through AI integration and automation.
• Conduct AI awareness programmes, technical workshops, and knowledge sharing.
