Job summary

Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co is seeking an AI Solution Engineer to deliver AI-powered marketing and messaging solutions across APAC. You will work on MarTech platforms, EngageLab products and AI agents, covering solution design, integration, implementation and client support.

You will design omni-channel campaigns, configure messaging products including WhatsApp, SMS and OTP, gather client requirements and build API integrations with CRM and e-commerce systems, while leading

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with MarTech, CRM or customer engagement platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Git and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, function calling and agent integration.
• Experience in technical implementation and client-facing communication in English.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

AI Solution Engineer — Martech & Messaging

We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer to deliver AI-powered marketing and messaging solutions across APAC. You will work on MarTech platforms, EngageLab messaging products and AI agents, covering solution design, technical integration, implementation and client support.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement omni-channel marketing, customer engagement and marketing automation solutions.

Configure messaging products, including WhatsApp, SMS, OTP and Silent Auth.

Gather client requirements and deliver technical solutions, integrations and AI-powered chatbots.

Develop API integrations and connect platforms with CRM, e-commerce and other client systems.

Lead technical demos, POCs, implementation, UAT and client training.

Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot integration issues.

Requirements

1+ year of hands-on experience with MarTech, CRM or customer engagement platforms (e.g. Braze, MoEngage, CleverTap or similar).

Basic knowledge of SQL, Git and cloud deployment.

Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, function calling and agent integration.

Experience in technical implementation and client-facing communication in English.

Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with WhatsApp Business API or messaging platforms.

Hands-on experience with AI agent platforms such as GPTBots, Dify, Coze or n8n.

Familiarity with MCP, LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
