Job summary

Sebina AI is seeking a detail-oriented tester in Cyberjaya to manually test websites and AI features. You will reproduce issues, log defects, and write clear reports in English while understanding Bahasa Malaysia outputs.

Ideal candidates are pursuing CS/IT studies, comfortable with web tools, and curious about AI products. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

• Methodical: you follow a test plan and notice small things that are off.
• Writes clear, structured reports in English, and reads Bahasa Malaysia well enough.

Job description

Hands-on testing. Build, edit and publish websites with Sebina AI as a real user would, and try the documents, slides and visuals features the same way.

Clear bug reports. Reproduce problems and write them up with steps, screenshots, what you expected and what happened.

Quality evaluation. Rate the AIʼs output - websites, text, images - against simple checklists, in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and compare before and after each release.

Release checks. Test new features before they are announced, so the Content and Training interns can show something that works.

Test reports. Summarise each weekʼs findings in a short report with the issues that matter most and suggestions for improvement.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Pursuing a degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, information systems or a related field - or any degree with a sharp eye for detail.

Methodical: you follow a test plan and notice small things that are off.

Writes clear, structured reports in English, and reads Bahasa Malaysia well enough to judge the AIʼs Malay output.

Comfortable with web tools and happy to try every button.

Interested in AI products and what makes them good or bad for a user.

Basic HTML/CSS or any QA experience is a plus, not a must.
