Job summary

OneCredit, Malaysia's newest credit bureau, is hiring an AI Product Manager to own product direction for our Data & AI portfolio. You will lead a team of 10+ data scientists and ML engineers, work directly with banks and enterprises, and drive how we measure quality for our models.

You will own product roadmaps, run customer discovery, and set prioritization for the portfolio, ensuring the products meet real-world risk and decision-making needs in a FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI/ML products to production and owned outcomes.
• Quantitative/technical background with grasp of APIs, data pipelines, deployment and evaluation.
• Familiarity with model frontier, accuracy, latency, and cost trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for AI/ML product portfolio, defining scope and success metrics.
• Engage with banks and enterprises; participate in sales conversations, RFIs, and POC decisions.
• Drive sprint planning, prioritization and timelines across active projects.
• Define evaluation criteria, build failure-mode taxonomies from production data, and shape ML eval strategy.
• Lead model selection and assess quality/cost/latency trade-offs as models evolve.
• Identify new data sources and build cases for new products.
• Keep leadership informed on ship status, risks, and mitigation plans.
