Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on AI Product & Automation Specialist to turn ideas into working solutions. You will work on real business use cases such as WhatsApp / Telegram bots, AI chatbots, workflow automation, API integrations, and AI features for systems.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys building and testing, rather than only maintaining existing systems. Hybrid work with performance incentives.

Qualifications

1–3 years hands-on AI, automation, or system integration.
Familiar with Python, REST APIs, webhooks, databases.
Exposure to LLMs and automation tools.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows, bots, and automation for real business use cases.
Integrate LLMs, AI tools, APIs, databases, and messaging platforms.
Develop automation using Python, n8n, webhooks, APIs, or similar tech.
Identify manual processes and propose practical automation solutions.
Test, troubleshoot, and improve AI and automation workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams to turn requirements into working solutions.
