Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Graduate Data Quality Analyst to join the Safety Model Operations team. You will help define data quality standards for large-scale model training, review outputs, and contribute to the feedback loop that improves safety systems across regions.

Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree, have excellent English skills, and be comfortable with Excel and data-processing tools. Onboarding is by year-end, with rolling review of applications and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and other data-processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and iterate data quality standards for large-model training and evaluation.
• Review data outputs against quality standards and drive corrections for accuracy and consistency.
• Discuss complex edge cases and turn findings into reusable judgment rules and knowledge assets.
• Track quality performance, identify root causes, and push improvements in production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality standards with production workflows.
