Qualifications

• Clear logic, structured thinking and attention to high-quality data.
• Russian language proficiency is required for daily liaison with the Russian team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and iterate data quality standards and acceptance criteria for large-model training.
• Review outputs against quality standards and drive corrections for accuracy.
• Discuss complex edge cases and translate findings into reusable rules and assets.
• Track quality performance, identify root causes, and improve production processes.
• Collaborate with production, product, algorithm, strategy and other teams to align standards and feedback loops.
