Job Details: Job Description: Intel Foundry Automation – Data Analytics & Process Group is seeking a motivated and technically curious intern to join our Manufacturing Automation team for a minimum of 6-months engagement. This role offers hands‑on experience in delivering AI/ML solutions driving factory operations improvement and industrial innovation.

About the Role

As an AI/ML Manufacturing Automation Intern, you will work directly with our automation development team to support the development, deployment, and documentation of automation and artificial intelligence solutions in manufacturing environments. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in industrial AI applications while contributing to meaningful projects that impact production efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Delivery Support Assist in the development and testing of AI/ML models for manufacturing processes
• Support data collection, preprocessing, and analysis
• Participate in solution integration and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

• Candidates should hold or currently in progress to complete a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages

• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
• Knowledge of databases and data management principles
• Understanding of software development lifecycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing processes or industrial automation

• Understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques
