RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
2. Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to define project goals, data requirements, and performance metrics.
3. Conduct exploratory data analysis and preprocess raw data to derive meaningful features for model development.
4. Train, validate, and test machine learning models, ensuring accuracy and robustness before deployment.
5. Optimize model performance and efficiency, utilizing techniques such as hyperparameter tuning and model selection.
6. Create and maintain documentation for model architecture, data flow, and algorithms used.
7. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and leverage new techniques to improve existing processes.

TECHNICAL SKILL SET

1. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a strong understanding of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
2. Experience with data manipulation tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
3. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment.
4. Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and best practices in model evaluation.
5. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) to communicate findings.

SOFT SKILL SET
