Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/DS/AI or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional ML/AI experience; fresh grads allowed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ML models and AI algorithms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams on goals and metrics.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and preprocess raw data to derive features.
• Train, validate, and test machine learning models for accuracy and robustness.
• Optimize model performance and efficiency through tuning and selection.
• Create and maintain documentation for model architecture and data flow.
• Stay updated on AI/ML advancements and apply new techniques.
