Job summary

Cognizant is seeking Language Experts in Malaysia to evaluate and improve multi-model LLM quality for US/UK clients. You will test prompts, rate AI/audio responses, review peer evaluations, and rewrite prompt-response pairs, contributing cross-locale insights for model and process improvements.

Responsibilities include rating, prompt engineering, localization, and quality control to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy across languages. Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics with knowledge of language structures and linguistic analysis.
• Strong linguistic and cultural knowledge for localization across regions.
• Experience evaluating prompts and AI outputs is a plus.

Job Summary

Language Experts to evaluate and improve multi-model LLM quality for their assigned locale by testing prompts, rating AI/audio responses, reviewing peer evaluations, rewriting prompt-response pairs, and sharing cross-locale insights that drive model and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Rating and Testing: Rate and evaluate highly complex prompt response pairs that require in depth research advanced multimodal understanding and strong linguistic and cultural knowledge.

Prompt Engineering: Create scenario based prompts and evaluate model responses to improve performance and quality. Apply appropriate prompt engineering techniques and use cases.

Localization and Translation: Adapt and localize complex AI interactions ensuring prompts and model outputs reflect regional language nuances idioms and cultural contexts to provide a natural user experience.

Quality Control and Rewriting: Review evaluations and rewrites provide feedback and perform quality assessments to ensure human generated data aligns with linguistic and cultural requirements.

Certifications Required

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and in-depth knowledge of language structures phonetics syntax semantics and language analysis methods preferred.
