Job summary

MaiStorage in Malaysia is seeking a software engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize AI applications using LLMs and RAG technologies. You will design UX with Streamlit and build robust RESTful APIs for scalable interactions.

You will containerize with Docker, work with Swagger, and collaborate with teams to ensure code quality and testing workflows, while applying Python, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and Streamlit development.
• Experience with RestApi, Swagger and web technologies (JavaScript/HTML).
• SQL database experience and Docker containerization.
• Familiarity with Git and software testing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize AI applications using LLMs and RAG technologies.
• Design and implement user interfaces with Streamlit to provide seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for robust and scalable application interactions.
• Experience in using Swagger with RESTful APIs interface.
• Write efficient and maintainable code in Python, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience in SQL databases usage and maintenance.
• Use Docker to containerize applications for consistency across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with the software design team to implement and adhere to software design and testing workflows.
• Utilize Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
