Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is hiring for both Mid-Level and Senior AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems with a focus on Agentic AI and LLM-driven architectures. You will handle full lifecycle from architecture to Docker-based deployment and monitoring.

Mid-level applicants should have at least 2+ years of hands-on AI/LLM development; seniors 4+ years with leadership in AI system design and production deployments. Claude AI experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM apps.
• 4+ years software engineering with leadership in AI system design and production deployments.
• Strong Python and Docker proficiency.
• Experience with Claude AI, agentic AI, and chatbot architectures.
• Experience delivering AI projects end-to-end from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy AI/LLM applications using Python.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines and agentic workflows.
• Containerize applications with Docker and support production deployments.
• Lead design and implementation of end-to-end process flows for AI systems.
• Own deployment, hosting, and monitoring for large language models.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and ensure reliability and performance.
