Job summary

You will build AI-powered apps, chatbots, and automation, collaborating with IT and business teams to create practical AI use cases while ensuring data governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AI/CS/SE/IT or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh grads with strong AI knowledge encouraged.
• Strong programming skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and data processing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support AI solutions for the organization.
• Build AI-powered applications, chatbots, AI agents, and automation solutions.
• Integrate Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and ML solutions with enterprise apps and databases.
• Prepare and manage structured and unstructured data for AI projects.
• Deploy and support AI solutions in on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments.
• Monitor model performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Support AI security, data governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Research new AI technologies and develop POCs.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify practical AI use cases.
• Document AI architectures, designs, and implementation processes.
