Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a Classroom Behavior Research Intern in Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid) to support an AI Education Computer Vision project.

You'll help define behaviors, build taxonomy, review annotations, and assist in validating AI model outputs with teachers and engineers.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor's degree, enjoy education technology, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, EdPsych, EdTech, or related fields.
• Strong interest in AI, CV, EdTech, or learning analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and define classroom behaviors based on educational theories.
• Develop behavior taxonomy and classification for analytics.
• Establish definitions, criteria, and guidelines for behaviors.
• Review academic research related to classroom observation and student engagement.
• Support labeling standards and review annotations with engineers.
• Document validation results and present findings to stakeholders.
