Job summary

Anite is seeking a highly motivated SEO & GEO Specialist to drive digital discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered experiences. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Web, and Analytics to develop strategies that boost organic visibility and AI citations while aligning with business growth.

The role leads GEO, AEO, and AI search optimization initiatives, monitors performance with dashboards, and translates insights into actionable recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, CS, Business, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content optimization, or organic search strategy
• Hands-on experience with GEO, AEO, or AI Search Optimization
• Experience optimizing content for AI-generated search platforms and LLM-powered experiences
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO and technical SEO
• Experience with enterprise SEO platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor, SEMrush) and analytics tools (GA4)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, GEO, AEO, and AI Search Optimization strategies for both traditional and AI-powered search platforms
• Lead increased brand visibility, citations, and answer inclusion across AI experiences
• Identify high-value keyword and prompt opportunities based on customer search behavior and AI trends
• Develop content optimization roadmaps to improve topical authority and search performance
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, content, web, and analytics teams to optimize content and implement best practices
• Monitor organic performance, rankings, AI citations, and site traffic; translate insights into actionable recommendations
