Job summary

TD SYNNEX Malaysia is seeking a highly proficient Python developer to join our R&D team. You will build intelligent solutions using Python, apply AI for process automation, and explore generative AI models and AI Agents to enhance business applications.

You will train, deploy, and monitor AI models, perform data preprocessing, and collaborate with project managers and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proficient in Python programming language with deep understanding of language features and libraries.
• Familiar with common AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, etc.
• Familiar with at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.).
• Familiar with popular generative AI models and prior application experience is preferred.
• Experience in AI Agent development is preferred.
• Solid mathematical foundation including linear algebra, probability theory, and statistics.
• Familiar with common data structures and algorithms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
• Prior experience in actual AI projects is preferred.
• Good English communication skills (reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Python programming language with libraries and scientific computing knowledge.
• Develop AI-driven process automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Apply generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models) for tasks like intelligent email sorting, information extraction, Q&A, data interaction, and reports.
• Develop AI Agents capable of autonomously perceiving, deciding, and acting.
• Train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor AI models.
• Data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with project teams.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform reviews.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Keep up with AI technology trends and apply to projects.
