S&P Global Energy seeks a senior AI Marketing Program Manager to lead the design, deployment, and governance of agentic marketing solutions for global energy markets.

You will collaborate across technology and business teams to translate business use cases into scalable AI workflows, aligning with the broader marketing roadmap. This role demands strategic thinking, hands-on AI platform experience, and strong cross-functional leadership in a B2B context.

Qualifications

• Experience building, configuring, or deploying AI agents, automation workflows, or related AI-enabled applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology, marketing technology, or related fields.
• 5+ years in MarTech, AI implementation, digital product delivery, or related roles.
• 3+ years translating business use cases into technical requirements and deployable solutions.
• Strong understanding of how marketing platforms and CRM systems connect to GTM execution.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex delivery across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents to address priority marketing use cases.
• Create and maintain the Agentic Marketing Roadmap aligned to the marketing strategy.
• Drive portfolio and use case management from ideation to deployment.
• Orchestrate the Agentic Marketing ecosystem including interactions with CRM/MAP platforms.
• Define data, integration, and governance requirements for agent performance.
• Develop testing frameworks and validation plans for agent quality and business impact.
