Qualifications

• Fields include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, AI/Data Science.
• CGPA 3.0 and above is an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn AI and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support for internal staff.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with servers, PCs, and OS (Windows/Linux).
• Set up and maintain IT peripherals and manage user accounts.
• Develop, test, and maintain internal web apps using PHP.
• Assist with AI research and automation initiatives.
