Lim Tayar is seeking a creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer to support marketing across digital and offline channels, powered by AI-enabled workflows. You will blend strong graphic design fundamentals with practical AI tools to improve ideation, production efficiency and turnaround times.

The ideal candidate will balance creativity with speed and accuracy, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Advertising or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva or equivalent.
• Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted creative tools.
• Strong understanding of digital and print design requirements.
• Good typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop creative concepts and artwork for campaigns, promotions, product launches, seasonal activities and events.
• Create campaign visuals and adapt concepts into multiple formats and sizes.
• Translate briefs into effective visual communication.
• Ensure materials align with brand standards and are visually engaging.
• Develop materials for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms; produce digital ads for Meta, Google.
• Design website banners, e-commerce visuals and promotional tiles.
• Prepare artwork for print materials and coordinate with printers/vendors when needed.
• Use generative AI and AI tools for ideation, image generation and enhancement.
