Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer (AI & System Maintenance) to support and enhance its internal systems and AI applications. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining both frontend and backend, and implementing new features aligned with business needs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of enterprise full-stack experience, including APIs and cloud technologies. AI-focused engineering experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience developing enterprise applications using modern full-stack, API, data and cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with AI-first engineering practices and AI-assisted software delivery.
Candidates with strong relevant technical experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing internal systems and AI applications.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve system bugs, programming errors, and performance issues.
Maintain and improve existing frontend and backend applications.
Develop and implement new system functions and features based on business requirements.
Review and understand existing source code and system architecture.
Maintain databases, APIs, system integrations, and application interfaces.
Develop and maintain integrations with AI platforms, LLMs, and third-party APIs.
