Job summary

AMD in Cyberjaya, Selangor, is seeking a results-oriented Global Marketing Operations specialist to drive process simplification, automation, and cross-team metric reporting with AI tools. You will own ad hoc projects, reports and analyses, and help scale efficiency across marketing functions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel macros is preferred.

• Experience in automating business processes and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand overall process end to end and provide suggestions on automation and simplification.
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
• Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required.
• Refresh, debug and update scheduled operational metric report through PowerBi and Macro.
• Advanced knowledge and usage of AI tools to drive efficiency and automation.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for Global Marketing Operation process simplification, automation and cross team metric reporting leveraging AI tools

The Person

You are a results‑oriented self‑starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand overall process end to end and provide suggestions on automation and simplification
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes
• Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a similar role in the hi-tech industry
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools , PowerBI, PowerQuery, Macro
• SAP S4 experience preferred
• High attention to details, meticulous with sharp analytical skills
• Assertive, creative and self‑motivated with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as a dynamic team player under a fast paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Flexible, highly adaptable & responsive to changes
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Academic Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or data analytical.
• MBA or CPA preferred
