Job summary

Abeam Consulting in Malaysia seeks a versatile IT professional to design, develop, and maintain business applications using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Dataverse. You will build AI-powered solutions, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and REST APIs.

You will gather user requirements, implement solutions, provide production support, and deliver dashboards with Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
2–4 years of software development, application development, or digital solution implementation.
Experience in Power Platform, SharePoint Online development, and automation is advantageous.
Experience in AI solution development, AI agents, Copilot technologies, chatbot development, and digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and maintain business apps and digital solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Dataverse, 365, and related tech.
Build AI-powered apps, agents, copilots, chatbots, and automation with company-approved AI tools.
Develop and manage Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, business rules, and integrations.
Create intelligent workflows to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
Integrate apps with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Dataverse, databases, REST APIs, and third-party systems.
Gather and analyze user requirements, identify business challenges, and propose practical solutions.
Implement solutions including design, coding, testing, deployment, training, and support.
Maintain solutions via troubleshooting, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.
Develop dashboards and analytics using Power BI and related tools.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, apps, Microsoft 365, and networks.
Diagnose and resolve issues with systems, software, hardware, apps, and endpoints.
Assist in IT infra maintenance and support across servers, cloud, and networks.
Coordinate with HQ and Global IT on security, patching, releases, and projects.
Support ISO/ISMS activities, risk assessments, audits, and security awareness.
Maintain technical docs, guides, and knowledge bases.
Research new tech, AI solutions, and digital transformation opportunities.
