Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a skilled .NET developer to join our AI-enabled digital transformation team. You will design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using the .NET framework, and collaborate with product owners and customers to capture requirements.

You should bring at least 3 years of .NET experience, strong C#, HTML/CSS/JS, SQL, and hands-on work with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years hands-on .NET development experience.
Strong proficiency in C#.
Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API.
Familiarity with Angular or React.
Understanding of Agile, TDD, and CI/CD.
Experience deploying .NET applications to IIS.
Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform or related components is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and product owners to gather requirements, design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows.
Develop and maintain web-based applications using the .NET framework.
Create, develop functional requirement document, technical design document, user manual, test cases.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Adopt development best practices to improve code quality, readability, maintainability; ensure consistent error handling.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
Prepare test scripts for end-to-end testing / UAT.
Conduct end-to-end testing and UAT with customers.
Test packages in deployment environments and manage overall testing cycle.
Deploy and maintain applications to production environments.
Provide L1-L3 support and improve documentation; implement changes per incident priorities.
Analyze root causes and resolve issues within SLA parameters.
Adhere to Incident, Problem and Change Management guidelines.
Work under guidance of Architect/Lead, and escalate appropriately.
