Job summary

CTOS Digital is seeking a Delivery Coach to enhance the speed, quality and predictability of software delivery across product squads. You will partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to remove bottlenecks and embed best practices in a data‑driven, AI‑enabled SDLC.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years delivering software products, 3+ years coaching agile teams, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software product delivery.
• 3+ years coaching Agile product teams or leading delivery improvement.
• Experience working in cross-functional product organisations.

Responsibilities

• Coach product squads to improve delivery speed, predictability and quality.
• Promote lean and agile delivery across teams.
• Build cross-functional product squads and mentor leaders.
• Implement and track delivery metrics and performance.
• Champion AI tools adoption in the SDLC.
