Job summary

EY's Kuala Lumpur office is seeking an experienced Manager (Data Science & AI) to lead delivery of advanced analytics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and Generative AI solutions for clients across industries. You will work with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to solve complex problems and drive AI-driven transformation.

We seek individuals with 6+ years of experience, a strong Python background, and hands-on ML development skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Data Science, ML, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
• Hands-on experience in ML model development, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/ML libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of end-to-end AI and data science engagements from problem definition to deployment.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify AI and GenAI opportunities.
• Design, develop, and deploy ML models and AI solutions delivering measurable value.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development within EY's AI & Data practice.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support business development, proposals, and client workshops.
