Job summary

APOLLO RESEARCH SDN. BHD. is seeking an AI-Native UI/UX Designer to craft modern digital experiences across multiple projects and industries. The role focuses on Landing Pages, CRM dashboards, and Pitch Decks, blending UI/UX with AI-powered workflows.

You will collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to translate ideas into clear, visually compelling designs, with emphasis on responsive, business-driven solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality Landing Pages for products, campaigns, and corporate projects.
• Design CRM systems, dashboards, admin panels, and other web-based product interfaces.
• Create professional Pitch Decks, corporate presentations, and business presentations.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Improve existing interfaces based on usability, visual hierarchy, and business requirements.
• Build reusable components, templates, and design systems in Figma.
• Use AI tools for design ideation, content visualization, image generation, layout exploration, and workflow acceleration.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical, responsive, and implemented accurately.
• Work across multiple projects and industries, including AI, Web3, fintech, technology, trading, and corporate projects.

Job description

We are looking for an AI-Native UI/UX Designer to create modern, business-focused digital experiences across multiple projects and industries.

The role focuses primarily on Landing Pages, CRM / Dashboard Interfaces, and Pitch Decks, combining strong UI/UX fundamentals with AI-powered design workflows.

You will work closely with product, business, marketing, and development teams to transform ideas and requirements into clear, professional, and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality Landing Pages for products, campaigns, and corporate projects.
• Design CRM systems, dashboards, admin panels, and other web-based product interfaces.
• Create professional Pitch Decks, corporate presentations, and business presentations.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UI/UX, web, or digital product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the daily design workflow.
• Able to understand business requirements and independently translate them into effective designs.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with developers and understanding basic HTML/CSS or front-end concepts is an advantage.
• Experience in AI, Web3, fintech, SaaS, or technology products is a plus.

Preferred Candidate

We prefer a designer who can do more than follow references. You should be able to understand the business objective, propose better design directions, and use AI to rapidly explore and produce high-quality design solutions.

Candidates with strong experience in Landing Page conversion design, complex CRM/Dashboard systems, Pitch Deck storytelling, or basic front-end development may be considered for a higher salary range.
