Job summary

SPINELIEF WELLNESS SDN. BHD. is seeking a Talented and Creative Internship AI Content Creator to join our dynamic Product Management & Development team.

This full-time internship is based in Batu Maung, Penang, offering hands-on experience in AI content creation and product development within wellness technology. You will work with experienced professionals to produce AI-driven content that supports our product offerings and business objectives, while gaining exposure to the wellness tech

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing or a related field
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, machine learning applications and AI content creation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging and persuasive content
• Proficiency with AI content generation platforms such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and basic HTML knowledge is advantageous
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate original ideas and adapt content for different audiences and formats
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry developments and trends
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience with social media content creation, SEO optimisation or digital marketing is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content utilising artificial intelligence tools and platforms to support product marketing and development initiatives
• Collaborate with the product management team to develop content that effectively communicates product features, benefits and value propositions
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities and audience preferences to inform content strategy and creation
• Assist in the generation, curation and optimisation of written, visual and multimedia content across various digital platforms and channels
• Support the development of AI-powered content solutions that enhance customer engagement and product visibility
• Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring consistent publication schedules across all platforms
• Analyse content performance metrics and provide insights to inform continuous improvement and optimisation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing and product teams to ensure content alignment and quality
• Assist in testing and evaluating AI content creation tools and platforms to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation
