Job summary

Crowe KL Tax Sdn Bhd is seeking an Information Technology Trainee to assist in researching, testing, and deploying AI tools to enhance business processes in our Malaysia offices. You will support evaluating AI agents, design and document workflows, and help prepare prototypes for the team.

We value curiosity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a collaborative environment. The role offers a 3–6 month minimum commitment and exposure to diverse tax and advisory projects

Qualifications

• Students in 2nd year or above pursuing CS/IT or related fields with CGPA ≥ 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Assist in researching, testing, and deploying AI tools (such as chatbots, process automation, and content generation) to enhance business processes.
• Support the evaluation of existing AI agents and contribute ideas for new agent features and improvements.
• Collaborate to design, build, and connect AI agents, helping to create seamless automated workflows.
• Participate in structuring and documenting AI agent logic, workflows, and integrations.
• Help troubleshoot issues and refine AI agent capabilities through brainstorming and problem-solving sessions.
• Contribute to project documentation and present findings or prototypes to the team.
