Job summary

RSGx is seeking an AI Implementation Engineer to automate workflows, build AI agents, and enhance reporting across construction operations. This mid-senior, full-time role offers a remote/hybrid arrangement and reports to the COO/leadership.

You will transform business processes into AI-driven automation solutions and reduce manual work while improving data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include workflow analysis, AI agent development, data pipelines, and integrated reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent tools (Claude Code, Copilot Agents).
• Proficiency with Google AI ecosystem (Gemini, Vertex AI, Firebase).
• Strong programming skills (Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript).
• API integration experience (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Prompt engineering expertise and data pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Transform business workflows into practical AI-driven automation solutions.
• Reduce manual work, improve reporting, and enable data-driven decisions across construction and engineering operations.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents to automate business tasks.
• Integrate AI with tools like Google Workspace, CRMs, and project platforms; create prompt libraries and AI workflows.
• Develop document processing pipelines for data extraction and routing.
