Job summary

ABeam Consulting is seeking an enthusiastic RPA/Agentic AI Developer to design, implement and support automation solutions for diverse clients. You will work on bot development, AI-driven workflows, and system integrations, collaborating closely with business users and IT teams.

The role involves delivering automation in onsite and remote client engagements, applying best practices in RPA and agentic automation, and ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable and well-documented.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
1–2 years hands-on experience in UiPath or other RPA platforms, with exposure to AI-driven automation preferred.
Familiarity with agent orchestration and LLM frameworks (LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith) is an added advantage.
Understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
Exposure to Agentic AI concepts: goal-oriented execution, multi-step reasoning, tool usage and human-in-the-loop design.
Experience building APIs/services to support automation and agent orchestration is an advantage.
Exposure to GenAI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, deploy and document RPA solutions and agentic AI workflows.
Collaborate with customers to identify automation use cases and translate requirements into workflows.
Analyse business processes and design agentic workflows with AI agents and RPA bots.
Create and review BRD, PDD, SDD and agent design artefacts.
Provide L1–L3 support for automations and AI solutions; tune prompts and optimise agents.
Perform end-to-end testing including AI output validation and prompt evaluation.
Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable and maintainable.
