Job summary

Resource Services Group X Pty Ltd seeks an AI Implementation Engineer to transform operational workflows into automated AI solutions within construction and engineering operations. You will focus on reducing manual work, improving reporting, and enabling data-driven decisions across teams.

Ideal candidates will bring hands-on AI agent experience, strong coding skills, and the ability to collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to deliver scalable automations and knowledge transfer

Qualifications

• Experience with AI agent tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot Agents).
• Proficiency with Antigravity (Agent Manager, SKILL.md).
• Experience with Google AI ecosystem (Gemini, Vertex AI, Firebase).
• Strong coding skills (Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript).
• APIs integration experience (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Prompt engineering expertise and data pipeline development experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows across operations, project management and reporting.
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate business tasks.
• Build data pipelines and automate reporting across systems (e.g., Procore).
• Collaborate with leadership and SMEs; document solutions for reuse.
