MYSense Sdn Bhd is seeking a technically adept AI Engineer to drive automation across SEO, paid media, content, and client servicing. You will lead AI-driven process transformations and build scalable dashboards and MarTech tools for in-house use.

The role requires hands-on Claude Code experience, API integration skills, and a track record of shipping live solutions. A supportive environment with flexible hours and a one-day WFH option is offered.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in a technical builder role (software development, AI engineering).
• Hands-on Claude Code for agentic coding and tool development.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent).
• Proven track record shipping live projects.
• Change management experience in non-technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI automation by identifying manual workflows and building AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Lead AI process transformation with SOPs and training for company-wide adoption.
• Develop automated reporting dashboards for Meta and Google Ads.
• Build MarTech products including CRM systems and AI-powered tools.
• Oversee hosting, DNS, SSL, APIs, and platform access for reliability.
• Collaborate with department heads to implement AI across the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI Automation – Identify manual workflows across SEO, paid media, reporting, content, and client servicing, then build AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead AI Process Transformation – Improve team workflows by introducing AI‑assisted processes, SOPs, and training to support company‑wide adoption.
• Develop AI Reporting & Dashboard Tools – Build and maintain automated reporting dashboards for platforms like Meta and Google Ads, ensuring accurate and scalable reporting.
• Build Marketing Technology Products – Support the development of in‑house MarTech products including CRM systems, intelligence dashboards, and AI‑powered marketing tools.
• Manage Technology Infrastructure – Oversee hosting, DNS, SSL, APIs, integrations, and platform access to ensure system reliability and security.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with department heads to improve operational efficiency and implement AI solutions across the company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a technical builder role — software development, AI engineering, or full‑stack development
• Claude Code — hands‑on experience using Claude Code for agentic coding, tool development, or workflow automation; ability to leverage it to accelerate builds is a core expectation of this role
• AI and LLM APIs — working knowledge of prompt engineering and API integratio (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent)
• Track record of shipping — you will be asked to show something you built from scratch that is live and in use
• Change management experience — you have successfully introduced new tools or processes to a non-technical team and driven real adoption
• Self‑directed and autonomous — you frame the problem, propose the solution, and execute with CEO alignment
• Clear communicator — able to translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent working experience
