Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is offering a 6-month AI internship in Penang, Malaysia. You will support the Global/Regional Business Operations team by developing AI-enabled solutions, dashboards and automations using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI, Python and low-code/no-code tools.

The role requires pursuing a bachelor’s degree in AI/CS/SE/DS, knowledge of Generative AI, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or Information Systems.
Knowledge of Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Power BI or similar AI tools.
Basic programming knowledge in Python or JavaScript.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support development of AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and BI tools.
Assist in developing prototypes, automations, dashboards and AI agents to improve efficiency.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies for business applications.
Ensure reliability and quality of data management and reporting deliverables.
