Standard Chartered Bank is seeking an experienced Audit Manager for the Artificial Intelligence audit team. The role supports audits across AI governance, data management, and emerging technologies, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, compliance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AI with audit or risk management knowledge, and can work across India or Malaysia based roles. This position offers a flexible work arrangement and opportunities in a global bank

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS/Data Science or AI.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence; audit or risk management knowledge is preferred.
• Candidates with strong AI background may be considered even without audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of developments in data management, AI technologies, regulatory changes, and industry trends to keep audit current and effective.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance AI governance and enterprise AI initiatives.
• Support Audit Director for Artificial Intelligence in monitoring key AI programmes and changes.
• Deliver high-quality audit work within approved timelines and budget, aligned with audit methodology.
• Champions innovation, promoting AI and data analytics in audit assignments.
