Job summary

Ant & International is seeking an experienced IT Audit professional in Kuala Lumpur to lead risk-based IT audit engagements. You will evaluate auditable areas, identify root causes, and present findings to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes applying AI and data analytics to enhance audit processes, with finance/fintech exposure and Big Four background valued. Collaboration with management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in IT risk audit; Big Four/financial sector preferred.
• Understanding of IT regulatory requirements in Asia.
• Experience in ITGC and ITAC audits; data mining is a plus.
• Strong data analytics with basic SQL or equivalent.

Job description

• Based on related regulations and business strategy as well as market environment, assist/establish IT risk driven audit plan;
• Independently execute and deliver high quality IT audit projects, identify and evaluate risks and internal controls of auditable areas and key processes, identify root cause of the audit findings and present to the auditees/managers, prepare audit reports that meet internal and local regulatory requirements;
• Communicate with management of problems discovered, provide effective and efficient action plans and validate actionable remediations;
• Provide value-added advisory services to the stakeholders, such as regulator inspections, IT control assessment, training, risk management framework;
• Demonstrates a strong AI and digital transformation mindset, with the ability to leverage emerging technologies, data analytics, and automation to enhance audit efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivery. Practical experience in applying AI tools within internal audit processes would be an added advantage;
• Provide IT audit services to Ant & International as needed;

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above;
• At least 5~10 years' experience in internal/external IT risk related audit and working experience in Big Four, financial sectors or Fintech companies would be preferred;
• Understanding of IT regulatory requirements within Asia region and relevant laws and regulations.
• Have experience in ITGC and ITAC audit, data mining is plus
• Have data analytical capabilities, able to use basic SQL or equivalent data analysis tool;
• Familiar with COSO, COBIT, Holder of CIA, CPA, CISA, CISSP or similar certificates would be preferred;
• Highly energized and positive, adapt to changes, be creative and able to quickly learn and understand innovative financial business. Have Fintech thinking and well-developed communication skills, and be able to communicate well with business side.
