ABOUT THE ROLE

Agronomist at PARAS (Progressive Agricultural Research And Services) Sdn. Bhd., you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and advice to support the company on Oil Palm Plantations.

This full-time position is based in Pahang and will play a key role in helping the company achieve its strategic objectives within the consulting and strategy industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Conduct field research to collect data on crops, soil, and plantation conditions

Analyze data to improve the practices

Prepare agronomy reports based on research findings

Provide advice to clients on crop management, pest control, and best practices

Stay updated on new agricultural trends, technologies, and regulations

Support company planning and decision-making

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field

4–8 years of relevant experience mainly on Oil Palm Plantations
