Job summary

Mintel in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and operate production-grade AI applications, focusing on agentic LLM orchestration, full-stack development (React/TypeScript, Python), and scalable data workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with AI production systems, DevOps, CI/CD on AWS, and collaboration with global stakeholders; Mintel offers hybrid work with three days in the KL office and remote days, plus generous leave and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience building production-grade AI applications.
Design and operate agentic LLM orchestration.
Ability to work across frontend, backend and data workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade full-stack applications (React/TypeScript, Python, SQL).
Develop agentic AI systems with LLM orchestration and tooling.
Implement robust evaluation, reliability, and observability for AI systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders across time zones and support production tasks.
Contribute to DevOps practices and cloud deployment on AWS.
