Job summary

RSGx is seeking a Full Stack AI Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered applications in production. You will work on LLM-powered solutions, RAG pipelines, and AI agents, plus secure cloud deployment in a hybrid Kuala Lumpur setup.

Responsibilities include end-to-end development of full-stack applications with React/Next.js, Python or Node.js backends, secure API design, and scalable microservices. A strong Azure background and 1+ year in AI/LLM deployment are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of software development experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure — including compute, networking, IAM, and Azure-native AI services.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and build LLM-powered applications across models (Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or open-source) based on latency, cost, and quality tradeoffs.
• Build and optimise RAG pipelines connecting LLMs to enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
• Create evaluation harnesses to measure output quality, faithfulness, latency, and cost across models.
• Implement system-level prompt engineering, guardrails, and red-teaming for safe AI behaviour.
• Integrate workflow automation platforms to extend AI capabilities into business operations.
• End-to-end delivery of high-performance full-stack applications (React/Next.js frontend with Python/Node backend).
• Design robust microservices and APIs with clean architecture; implement OAuth 2.0, JWT, RBAC.
