Job summary

Hach, a Veralto company, seeks an After Market Representative to drive growth in Malaysia as part of the ANZ Sales Team. You will lead lead generation, engage technical and procurement contacts, and manage offers and orders with a focus on timely shipments.

You will work with CRM systems (SFDC) to analyze accounts and develop strategies, while meeting monthly order and shipment goals in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. Strong English and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in field sales / inside sales roles (preferably in life science/analytical/water quality industry).
• Degree in Chemistry / Scientific education background would be an added advantage.
• Above average English fluency.
• Proactive and action oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Past experience with multinational organizations in a process driven environment using CRM.

Responsibilities

• Create and pursue leads from various sources and convert them into offers to order to sales in timebound manner by engaging customers through digital modes (telephone/ emails).
• Will have monthly targets for order booking and shipping.
• The variable incentive will be linked to orders/shipment numbers; engage telephonically with customers' technical and procurement functions for sale of lab instrumentation and reagents.
• Convince customers of Hach product features and comparison with competition.
• On time offer preparation for different types of opportunities - Govt/ Municipal, Industrial, service etc.
• Reply queries to customers on offers and related details.
• Ensure order shipment by coordinating with Finance and Supply Chain teams.
• Implement Tele calling to generate leads for instrumentation and reagents business.
• Leverage SFDC for data collection and analysis of customers for strategies to grow sales.
• Implement daily analysis and drive daily management rhythms for booking- shipping- receivables.
• Own and manage Funnel in SFDC for assigned territory.
• Foster good relationships with external and internal customers.
