Job summary

Starchild is building the interface for working with AI agents in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We seek a hands-on teammate to recruit and onboard affiliates and UGC creators who produce authentic short-form content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, turning them into a scalable growth engine.

You will own outreach, briefs, contracts, and payment setup, while managing creator relationships and analyzing performance to double down on winners.

Qualifications

• Source, recruit, and onboard affiliates and UGC creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Build and run the onboarding pipeline: outreach, briefs, brand guidelines, contracts, and payment setup.
• Create clear creative briefs with hooks, formats, and CTAs.
• Manage the affiliate tracking stack: links, codes, payouts, and dashboards.
• Review and give feedback on creator content while maintaining energy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze performance by platform and creator tier; double down on winners, cut flops.
• Own creator relationships long-term: this is a community, not a transaction.

Starchild is building the interface for working with AI agents.

Our product brings together chat, automation, tools, memory, workflows, and multimodal creation into one AI-native workspace. We are exploring what happens when agents are not just assistants, but active collaborators that can help people research, build, monitor, create, and operate.

We are looking for people who enjoy building from first principles, moving quickly, and turning messy, open-ended problems into products that feel simple and useful.

Your mission: recruit and onboard affiliates and UGC creators who produce authentic short-form content on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, then turn that content into a repeatable growth engine.

What you’ll be working on:

• Source, recruit, and onboard affiliates and UGC creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Build and run the onboarding pipeline: outreach, briefs, brand guidelines, contracts, and payment setup
• Create clear creative briefs that produce content people actually want to watch (hooks, formats, CTAs)
• Manage the affiliate tracking stack: links, codes, payouts, and performance dashboards
• Review and give feedback on creator content; manage revision cycles without killing creator energy
• Analyze what's working by platform and creator tier; double down on winners, cut what flops
• Own creator relationships long-term: this is a community, not a transaction

What we are looking for:

• Deep platform fluency in Instagram and TikTok: you know current formats, hook styles, and what the algorithm is rewarding this month, not last year
• Experience with at least one affiliate/creator tool (Dub, Sideshift, or equivalent)
• Strong written communication: briefs, DMs, and feedback that get responses
• Comfortable being hands-on and resourceful - results are the key thing
• Experience with AI platforms and agents

Nice to have:

• Personal experience as a UGC creator or content poster (you've felt the creator side)

We are still early, which means the work is high-ownership, fast-moving, and often ambiguous. You will have the opportunity to influence not just what we build, but how we build it.
