Intrepid Asia seeks an Affiliate Associate/Senior Associate to drive TikTok affiliate campaigns for top brands across Southeast Asia. You will recruit influencers, manage partner relationships, and craft content with affiliates to align with brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok.
• Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, trends, and algorithms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and storytelling.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive optimization.
• Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. As an Affiliate Associate/Senior Associate you will take charge of
