Job summary

Ozhean Clinic Malaysia is seeking a qualified LCP Aesthetic Doctor to join our team at our Naza Tower, Persiaran KLCC clinic. The doctor will conduct consultations, recommend personalized plans and perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures in a premium Korean aesthetic setting.

Applicants must be MMC registered, MBBS qualified, hold an APC and LCP for Aesthetic Medical Practice. Excellent communication and patient-centered care are essential for delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MMC registration as Medical Practitioner is mandatory.
• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Valid APC (Annual Practising Certificate) is required.
• LCP for Aesthetic Medical Practice is required.
• Experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations to understand patients' aesthetic goals, medical history and overall condition, and recommend personalized treatment plans.
• Provide clear and professional advice on aesthetic treatments, including expected outcomes, potential risks, limitations and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Perform non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures within the scope of the doctor's qualifications, competency and LCP privileges.
• Ensure treatments are performed safely, accurately and in accordance with clinical protocols, ethics, infection control and hygiene standards.
• Monitor patients during and after treatments, provide follow-up care and address concerns or complications.
• Maintain accurate patient consultation, facial assessment, treatment and medical records per clinic SOPs.
• Collaborate with Beauty Consultants, Therapists, Nurses and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient journey.

Job description

Ozhean Clinic is a premier aesthetic and wellness clinic inspired by authentic Korean aesthetics and led by Dr. Park Ji-Youn, a Korean Board-Certified Dermatologist.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a qualified LCP Aesthetic Doctor to join our team at our Naza Tower, Persiaran KLCC clinic.

We are seeking a professional, patient-focused and passionate doctor who is confident in aesthetic consultations and procedures, with a strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence and delivering a premium patient experience.

Key Responsibility

• Conduct professional consultations to understand patients' aesthetic goals, concerns, medical history and overall condition, and recommend suitable personalized treatment plans.
• Provide clear and professional advice on aesthetic treatments, including expected outcomes, potential risks, limitations and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Perform non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures within the scope of the doctor's qualifications, competency and LCP privileges, including Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser and energy-based treatments.
• Ensure all treatments are performed safely, accurately and in accordance with clinical protocols, medical ethics, infection control, sterilization and hygiene standards.
• Monitor patients during and after treatments, provide appropriate follow-up care, and promptly address any treatment-related concerns or complications.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through excellent communication, personalized care and a high standard of professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient consultation, facial assessment, treatment and medical records in accordance with clinic SOPs and applicable requirements.
• Work closely with Beauty Consultants, Therapists, Nurses and other clinic team members to ensure a smooth patient journey and effective continuity of care.
• Collaborate with Consultants by providing professional medical input and clinically appropriate treatment recommendations, while supporting patient retention, treatment continuity and overall clinic objectives.
• Keep up to date with the latest developments, technologies, products and techniques in aesthetic medicine, and participate in training and professional development activities.
• Work closely with the Medical Director and Directors to maintain and continuously improve Ozhean Clinic's standards of premium Korea aesthetic protocol.

Requirements

• Registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) as a Medical Practitioner.
• Possess a recognised MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Must possess a valid Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) for Aesthetic Medical Practice.
• Relevant experience in aesthetic medicine is preferred.
• Competent and confident in performing aesthetic procedures within the scope of LCP and granted privileges.
• Strong passion and genuine interest in the medical aesthetics, beauty and wellness industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients.
• Patient-oriented, professional and confident in conducting aesthetic consultations.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practice and quality patient care.
• Able to work collaboratively with Consultants and internal clinic teams.
• Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment.

Salary: RM8,000 – RM15,000 per month
