Job summary

Bloom Clinic is seeking senior aesthetic doctors to join our growing team at PJ Damansara Uptown and Setia Alam. You will perform professional consultations and deliver non-surgical aesthetic treatments including Botox, laser, thread lifts and PRP, ensuring safety and efficacy in line with MOH standards.

We welcome MMC-registered doctors with MBBS/MD qualifications. Training is provided, and we offer a competitive salary with KPI-based incentives and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or professional degree in Medicine (MBBS/MD) or equivalent.
• Registered with MMC and possess APC.
• Open to both junior and senior aesthetic doctors; LCP Doctor experience is a plus.
• Well-groomed, enthusiastic, energetic and self-driven personality.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional consultation related aesthetic concerns and recommend personalized treatments.
• Deliver non-surgical and minimally invasive procedures (Botox, Laser, Thread lift, PRP, etc.).
• Ensure treatments are safe and effective and compliant with MOH standards and company policies.
• Conduct CME or training for nurses and consultants.
• Achieve KPI and sales targets; participate in social media for digital marketing.

Perform professional consultation related aesthetic concerns, follow by recommending personalized aesthetic treatments to achieve patient’s goal.

Perform non-surgical and minimally invasive aesthetic treatments such as Botox, Laser, Thread lift, PRP, etc.

Ensure that the treatments provide to patients are safe and effective.

Comply with company's and MOH standard operation and regulations, including company policies and medical protocols.

Conduct regular CME or training to nurses and consultants.

Achieve KPI and sales targets given by management team.

Participate in social media for digital marketing purpose.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Medicine (MBBS/ MD) or equivalent.

Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and possess valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
