Job summary

Clinic RX Aesthetics is seeking a customer-focused professional in Malaysia to manage client follow-ups, provide beauty care guidance, and support sales with product recommendations. You will handle front desk duties as needed and help maintain a high standard of service.

The role emphasizes timely responses, aftercare advice, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure a seamless client experience in a dynamic clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Treatment / Product knowledge, skills and expertise.
• Customer Services experience and client handling.
• Sales and upselling techniques applied to aesthetics services and products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients after treatment or sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide professional beauty care and product advice to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional touch.
• Compile monthly reports related to client follow up and outcomes.
• Explain treatments and procedures to clients to support sales closure.
• Advise clients on aftercare and post-treatment steps.
• Respond to customer calls or messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist in frontline duties when required: registration, appointments, reception, and billing.
• Assist doctors with procedures when needed and support team objectives.

Ensure follow up with all clients after treatment or after sales

To give professional beauty care advice and product advise to customers.

Provide excellent customer service with professional touch

Compile relevant monthly reports related to client follow up

Provide in-depth explanation to clients regarding treatments / procedures with the objective of closing sales

Advise clients on necessary aftercare

Always response customer call / message as soon as possible

2. Pertaining to Clinic

Perform housekeeping duties and maintain cleanliness of clinic

Assist in frontline duties i.e. registering clients, appointment making, reception, billing etc. when required.

Assist doctors with procedures when required

Comply with workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization

Maintain good teamwork and unity among all work colleagues

Assist branch manager with the preparation and maintenance of necessary reports

Ensure daily task is completed. E.g; daily dispensary, treatment note, patient file updated, follow up

Extent of reliability to complete tasks and follow branch manager instruction

Sharing & discuss ideas with your colleague or branch manager to get better achievement.

Assist in any ad-hoc task provided by Manager.
